Josh Jimenez is a California based artist and Illustrator working and based in the Antelope Valley and Los Angeles areas. His career began after graduating from Cal State Northridge with a BA in Art with a focus in Illustration, and Minor in Art Education. The work he makes strives to illustrate the personal relationship between portraiture and popular culture with the vibrant, intricate and colorful illustrations he creates. He has been featured in local city events through vending and public art, and even a feature in the annual American Illustration. He Also is working towards becoming a future educator as well, and has volunteered and worked alongside many professional artists and educators in various educational settings to better his understanding of what it means to be an artist and educator.
